synapse 2 and 3 cannot find my devices

i own a mini blackwidow v2 keyboard and a basilisk v3 Mouse. i downloaded the synapse apps and neither can find the devices. I watched all of the helpful videos and found that they lack any helpful information. how do I find my razer devices on the razer app?

    i also have the same problem with blackwidow v3 keyboard and deathadder v2 mouse

    I also have the same problem with my blackwidow keyboard It won't light up and the app doesn't recognise any chroma compatible device.

    Tried https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kEaIDhqHLIA and still isn't recognizing it

    Try Synapse clean install:
    • Uninstall Synapse
    • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    • Then restart your PC
    • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
    Also if you have Valorant installed, try to remove/reinstall Riot Vanguard, as it can also may be problem.

    Hi FizsPL, thanks a lot. Unfortunatly i tried clean install and sypnase still doesn't recognize my keyboard. I have Valorant installed, so i will try to remove Riot Vanguard.

    I unsinstalled Valorant, Riot vanguard and riot launcher, restarted and sypnase recognises my keyboard again Thanks
