Synapse 3.0 does not recognize ORNATA V3 X

I bought Razer's Ornana v3 x keyboard yesterday and plugged it into my computer and used it, but Synapse 3 did not detect the keyboard.

If you have Valorant installed, then Riot Vanguard anti-cheat can block Razer devices to be not available in Synapse. Remove Riot Vanguard and restart PC.

I have a razer brand mouse, it is connected to Synapse, I think it has nothing to do with Valorant.

If you’re 100% sure it’s not Riot Vanguard thing, then you might try Synapse clean reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

didn’t work and also now my mause isnt connect to synapse 3

Please ensure that your Razer Ornata V3 X is directly connected to a USB port on your computer and not to a USB hub. Also, try logging in to Razer Synapse using the test account credentials below to check if the same problem persists.
