Hi,
Trying to install Synapse 3.0 after purchasing a Deathadder V2 mouse.
After clicking on the RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.12.0.385.exe and “Yes” to “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to this device” nothing happens. Nothing happens, No installer pops up.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the .Net Framework multiple times and tried six older versions of Synapse 3.0. Same result. Also tried running the installer as administrator.
Running Windows 10 fully updated.
Any advise is appreciated.
Forgot to mention, also disabled antivirus and windows defender.
hi there, if you look around you gonna see many people having the same issue with synapse 3.0.
Razer did some update recently and since then it just wont open even if i have it installed for a long time.
Just wait and see i guess.
Im running into the same issues, after the update the app wont even open. issue is with the libcef.dll file according to windows event viewer. im thinking we have to wait on an upate for a month and try again
Hi guys, I'm also having the same issue, unable to use any Razer software (Cortex, Synapse, etc). I thought it was just me but since this looks like a general outage, the only option we have is to wait.
having the same issues….. 12/11/2023 i am at the point that i should just go back to my old setup and drop all of razer. i fully enjoy the hardware and it’s software up to this point. not getting any feedback from support is the most frustration a retire old man that enjoys gaming with minimal issues. if it is fixed in the next few days, i may return other wise this is the end of razer for me. one note…. lock razer from doing auto updates if you can.
