Synapse 3 no longer detects my Huntsman Mini keyboard.

A few days ago I noticed my Huntsman Mini not changing to the colors I usually have it set to. After checking chroma studio, it said "No compatible devices detected". I've already tried changing where I plugged the keyboard in, clean-reinstalling synapse, and repairing synapse. Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue with my mouse and Tartarus V2. Last night it randomly stopped detecting them.

Hi, Please try these steps:
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Hi guys! Make sure you restarted your PC after updating the Synapse 3 app. If the same issue persists, perform a clean installation of Synapse by following the steps here.
