I’m not sure what you problem actually is? If you are having issues with synapse try uninstalling it and reinstalling it with a fresh download from the Razer website. This will likely fix your problem otherwise it is possible its being prevented from working by a third party malware blocker that you might have to disable to try and install synapse.
