Synapse 3 won't run at startup

It's set properly in it's settings to star on boot, but it just won't start. When I login, I check and the Razer services are running, and I've even tried multiple different startup folder locations, and it won't start the program. C:\\Users\\####\\AppData\\Roaming\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\Startup C:\\ProgramData\\Microsoft\\Windows\\Start Menu\\Programs\\StartUp Even under task manager it's set to auto start. Other programs in these folders auto start properly, but not this one. I've tried reinstalling, no effect.
