Synapse doesn't detect any of my devices and the drivers are dying I'm having a mental brakdown

I have a huntsman v2 tkl, a basilisk v3, a blackshark v2 pro, a cynosa v2 and a kraken v3 x and none of them connect to synapse anymore. I tried reinstalling all Razer apps again, nothing. I tried reinstalling drivers, nothing. I tried restarting 4 times now, nothing. I tried connecting other USB mice and keyboards, no problem. Only Razer products dont work correctly (it says that the drivers don't work) I mean I can still use them but I cant use synapse and with that I cant access important functions of my headset custom settings / Razer chroma. I also tired uninstalling synapse completely and while all Razer apps were uninstalled, all drivers worked just like normal, so synapse is causing the massive issue. Thanks Razer I cant use my goddamn 450€ gaming setup! I dont know what to do and I'm so frustrated please help. All the following screenshots are sadly in German but I dont think that's too much of a problem.

If you have Valorant, then uninstall Riot Vanguard anti-cheat software, as it's messing with Synapse. Also try clean Synapse reinstall with below steps:
  • Uninstall Synapse
  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  • Then restart your PC
  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Ever since the January 23, 2024 updates Synapse does not see my devices.  I have both “legacy” devices and new devices.  I even bought a brand new Tartarus Pro.  I have had an IT professional uninstall and reinstall (clean reinstall) Synapse 3 and Synapse does not see my keyboard (Blackwidow V3), my mouse (Taimpan-Legacy),  or my brand new Tartarus Pro.  Headset seems to work.  I am going crazy trying to get this fixed.  Its a software issue becasue Windows 10 sees the devices just fine and none have driver errors.  I do not play Valorant and Riot Vanguard anti-cheat software is not loaded on my system.  Any ideas?
