Synapse not detecting device

I have a Razer DeathAdder V2 that I bought months ago, when I first bought it I installed synapse 3 and it auto detected the mouse and it was working fine then, recently I wanted to change the rgb pattern so I had to update synapse since i haven't updated it in months, but after the update it synapse removed my mouse from "devices' (no compatible devices detected) and now I'm unable to reconnect it to synapse. things I tried to fix it: -restart computer -unplug replug mouse -update driver -replair synapse (the method provided by the razer website) -update synapse -reinstall synapse -update driver -uninstall mouse driver then restarting pc so it reinstalls itself -all of the above together Idk why it still doesn't detect the mouse it was detecting it before i updated synapse but now it doesnt for some reason (I have windows 10 btw)

    If you have valorant, try uninstalling/reinstalling Riot Vanguard. You should also try clean Synapse reinstall:
    • Uninstall Synapse
    • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
    • Then restart your PC
    • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

    I just bought a new razer huntsman tournament edition tkl. And it is doing the same out the box. Smh. I plugged it it with its cable it came with and it proceeded to download synapse and make me register/create account. Then no device lmao. any updates on you situation/fix would be appreciated

    I have Same Problem I tried to plug out and in not working.

    I reinstalled Razer Synapse but not working.

    No Devices Found :(
