Seriously screw RAZER products. Customer service is zero help. Can’t uninstall nor reinstall synapse. I will never ever, EVER recommend this product to anyone. Support can’t help, doesn’t understand and it programmed but literal bots. Been working for twelve hours to get synapse to open. Won’t uninstall off my computer and refuses to open. I will forever tell my subs to thumbs down this company. Trash customer service. Trash company.
