Synapse not recognizing Kunai fans - PWM hub and Hanbo AIO

I recently changed out my AIO and fans to the Razer system, however, Synapse will not recognize these fans to enable the light control / fan curves. I have four case cans plugged into the Razer PWM hub, and then the 240mm AIO fans as well. All of the fans are running at 100% constantly with no option for fan control, and none of the lights are on with the exception of the Razer AIO light. The AIO is plugged into the CPU fan heading, with PWM enabled in BIOS. I have tried multiple different USB connections to the motherboard with no effect. The only thing that I have gathered is that the AIO ring light turns off when it is not connected via USB, but then turns right back on after reconnecting - so I know this is not a USB connection issue. In case this is important, I uninstalled / reinstalled to the latest Synapse, I am running Windows 11 Home, and my motherboard is the MSI z690i Unify, updated to the latest BIOS for 13th gen intel. My only thoughts at this point are to do a reformat / reinstall, as maybe my previous installation of the MSI and TT RGB software (my previous control for my old RGB fans) is interfering with Synapse recognizing them?

Did you install the Razer Synapse 3 modules? Ensure that Chroma Connect is on the list. Please check out the recommended steps here. You may also download and install our Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool here. Let me know how it goes.

Yes, they are installed. I have done as you suggested. I believe I am closer to finding the cause of the problem. In my device manager, under USB controllers there are two items listed under "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" - I suspect that these two devices correlate to the AIO and the PWM hub - but I suppose that I am not 100% certain. Is there anywhere that I can find drivers for these to attempt to install outside of Synapse? Synapse has no recognition of the PWM fan hub or the AIO to control fan settings.
