I have the same issue as this post, I am also having the same issue on Blackwindow 4 X.  You can see numpad 2 is not lighting up

Try repairing the Synapse app and make sure it’s up to date. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other options to help you further with your concern. Thank you.

 

 


@Razer.Zionzedd I have Blackwindow 4 X All owners of this keyboard model who installed the synapse update have the same problem

 

 

 

 


@Razer.Zionzedd I can confirm that there are issues with Blackwidow V4 X after november Synapse update.

  1. Numpad 2 won't light up.

  2. Keyboard's roller scrolling the screen instead of volume control.

  3. Synapse not saving remapped keys.

  4. Hypershift (Fn) functions are not working at all.

There are a lot of people here and on Reddit who have the same problem. Everything works as intended when you shut down Synapse (well we can’t remap keys and use Chroma RGB without Synapse). It's definitely software issues. I tried to repair and fresh install Synapse - issues are still there. Also I sent all the logs and information needed to Razer Support on Reddit, but all I got in response was silence.

you mean point 2 to point 4 fixed as well?


Yes. The latest update of Synapse (3.8.1231.120616 v20231207) fixed it. At least in my case.
