Synapse telling me to install synapse?

As you can see below I am trying to use some macros, but as soon as I want to assign them to a mouse button it tells me this message. I already re-installed it idk what else to do. Is there a fix for this? I am using a Razer mamba elite if that has anything to do with it.

    No, it just tells that synapse must be running (in background), to have this option (macro available). If you'll close the synapse, then macro will not work.
