Synapse unable to load Seiren V2 Pro settings

Recently bought a Seiren V2 Pro. I hooked it up, computer recognized it, Synapse recognized it, it worked well. I messed around with some settings while in a Discord call with a friend. Something went weird, I did something with the options, don't exactly remember what. I unplugged the mic and plugged it back in. Computer found it and Synapse found it, but Synapse now struggles to load the settings. It lags when clicking "Streaming", the icon for the mic on the Dashboard keeps having a loading icon on it, when I do get to the Streaming tab, the Mic and Stream Mixer tabs keep lagging and loading. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the mic, restarting my pc, reinstalling the drivers, repairing Synapse and reinstalling Synapse. But the issue persists. Don't know if I messed up somewhere, or if the mic is broken, or if it's Synapse. I have contacted support and await answers.
