Hi Guys



I have a Tartarus Chroma that has worked flawlessly for years and the hw unit is still working perfectly.



Today i made some changes to the profiles and macros in Synapse 2.0, only to find they are not syncing with the Razer cloud. After re-configuring and testing them, rebooted, Synapse loads, syncs to the cloud and ruins my settings.



Also, if I go offline and then choose sync now, why are the settings not syncing. The cloud backup time stamp in the UI, doesn't change and the settings are still not saved...



I have uninstalled Synapse and re-installed, but the cloud syncing isn't working properly.



I have been able to force Synapse into offline mode and my profiles remain between reboots.

Is there any chance, that Antivirus software or firewall is blocking Synapse, so it's unable to connect to cloud?
So I seem to have fixed it, the issue was the old profile names. by deleting the old profiles and creating new ones but with different names, they were then synced up to the cloud without issue.
