yesterday it was working fine. this morning the 1-20 keys are not working at all. the thumb button joystick and wheel all work fine and will produce characters according to what ever profile is used, but the 1-20 keys are now not giving anything, regardless of profile. restarted synapse, unplugged controller, connected it to a different usb, reinstalled synapse 3, nothing. It is strange that a few keys work fine and can see the profiles. Any ideas on how to get all the keys working again?
