Same… I have disabled IPv6 ,uninstalled synapse, reinstalled.. Nothing is working and I did nothing to my computer setup. All other apps work and I can login to other websites fine. 

If I type the wrong password it tells me that it is not correct.. But when I put my correct password I get this same error
Text error emily 503 message. 

 

Same here, I reset my password but it still doesn't work and reinstall razer synapse, it still doesn't work and when trying to log in I get the error " TEXT_ERROR_EMILY_503 “

I was playing Valorant suddenly my 7.1 surround sound app popped up and asked for login. I entered my and login but it showed and error "TEXT_ERROR_EMILY_503" (screenshot added).Same thing occurred with Cortex app it sometimes shows the former error , sometimes it shows There was an unexpected error please reload the page and try again later. I have already tried clean reinstalling, restarting, using different internet connection, created exception in windows firewall too for the app same issue occurs on other Razer apps like Synapse but I am able to login to my account on browser.

same error , i thought something was wrong with my system settings but seems it a server thing , i have surround sound which is failing login too 

This error is from the razer server i think so, even the name of the error seem to be something unplaned

EXACTLY, I was playing r6 then suddenly my pc switched its tab and it showed me the razer screen that said loggin into your account (im using 7.1 surround sound) I trying re installing and resetting my network connection. Nothing worked, I also turned off my firewall. there isnt anything on the internet about this error except this comment section. (TEXT_ERROR_EMILY_503) I think its the servers issue not from us

yee, Thier servers down. just wait for them to fix it.

Same problem, I played DOTA 2 and suddenly appears that issue. Waiting for information and fixes
