The Code I've entered doesn't work


Hello, I've a new pc and as such I lost the activation code from my Razer BlackSharkV2X, tried to ask for a new one and the one the Razer website gave me is not working on the THX SPACIAL AUDIO app, stating that it's invalid even though I just got it. Any fix to this? Tried to ask for a new one, but they keep sending me the same one.
