I bought the Razer barracuda x a year ago and they worked great. But then when I turn them on as usual, there is no sound in the headphones. They are fully charged, well connected, and when I connected them by wire, the sound appeared. The problem is that the wireless connection cable does not provide this connection, although it shows that the sound comes to the headphones. What should I do?

I have the same problem, lots of people do, Razer denies there is an issue and now doesn’t bother responding to any of these requests for help.

Terrible company, terrible product.
