so basically i have the blackshark v2 pro headset to use the thx i have to install the thx app but doing so makes my CPU hit 100% and have to restart pc i uninstalled and the problem when away but now i cant hear footsteps etc or any directional sound without it im on windows 11

it doesn't work using the synapse one the moment i use the thx app i have directional sound
