Many faced the problem of the lack of spatial sound after the last update. I suggest Razer to make the THX Spatial Audio program free for all users, as a temporary measure. I ask willing users to support the topic.

I have the Blackshark V2 wireless and they relied on Synapse software for THX.
I also have a pair of Kraken TE, plug them in today and even with them the 7.1 software is not working, the light for THX no longer comes on the side and I have the license.
I am want to go back to the previous software too.
Yeah it really,really, REALLY sucks guys , Hypersense V3 here.
THX is mainly what we bought these headsets for right?
theyve broken it for everyone across the board,its on their end im sure theyll get a fix soon.
same problem, I wish I had never updated the software.
