THX Spatial Audio License not working

So recently my drivers had a stupid and reset my settings on THX Spatial Audio controller, meaning when i plug my Kraken headset in my Leviathan cuts out and audio is played through my headset. Before i was able to select my audio source and split my speakers from my headset. After following a few guides, the software has reset but for some reason the licence i used has an error when re-entering. any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi! I have a kinda sort of problem here! I can’t active my THX button even if my Leviathan is active.

     

    Any tips by any chance? Thank you in advance ! 🙏
