THX SPATIAL AUDIO not working

Hello, I just got a pair of Kraken X and I’ve been trying to get the “THX SPATIAL AUDIO”, the problem is that I can’t seem to get it activated even if I type in the right activation code. I’ve contacted the razer support to get another activation code and I tried it too but it didn’t work neither. Can anyone help me please? I’m really desperate to get the Thx spatial audio. It says a valid license code is required, am I supposed to enter in something else? I’ve been typing in the 7.1 surround sound activation code.
