THX Spatial Sound Activation Issue

Hello, I am currently having an issue trying to activate 7.1 surround sound. I do have the activation code, and even tried to get a new one and ended up getting the same code. I use a Razer Kraken v3 X headset. It tells me the code doesn't work.
