Ticket for razer Tarok pro x

Hello, 

 

I wanted to ask how I can create a new "ticket" if my chair does not have a serial number? unless I'm wrong, I got -RAZER TAROK PRO X CLOTH EDITION GAMING CHAIR BY ZEN" model any tips?

Hello. Honestly Razer isnt going to help you in any way with your issue. I had the same problem with this same chair and all they did was direct me to Zen who are the makers of the chair supposedly. Neither Razor or Zen replaced any parts, nor offered me a warranty exchange. Honestly dont waste your time with either of them and just do what i did...order yourself a metal base that can hold over 300 lbs and call it a day.

Yeah it sucks that these 2 companies could treat their customers like this especially with how much the chair costs. But here is the link to the base i purchased to replace the cheap one that broke. Ive had it for about a year now and i havent had any issues.
