Toggling Chroma Light Settings With 1 Key

I was a little hesitant to post on here, but after looking I just can no9t find what I am looking for. I just got my huntsman v2 with the linear optical switches today. I have not had any problems using synapse 3. I was just wondering if there was a way that I could program one switch to toggle through all of my chroma lighting presets. I have programmed them each to a different key for now in synapse, but as I said I was wondering if I could just click one key, or one key with a modifier to toggle through all of them. I appreciate the help in advance.
