Hi there
I am also having issues with my screen and have completed all the steps. When I go to the screen in settings to locate the HD Compliant Touch Screen tap it is not there. The only tab that is there is the HD Compliant TouchPad. It seems as though it has disappeared.
My serial number is BY2128M63101253
Can you please let me know what I can do to fix this issue?
