Comprei um gift card da Google Play e no cartão já descontou o dinheiro mas não caiu nada no e-mail e no meu perfil da razer nas transições esta como pendente mas já paguei e foi descontado

This translates as:
I bought a Google Play gift card and the money has already been deducted from the card but nothing has arrived in the email and on my Razer profile in the transitions it is as pending but I have already paid and it has been deducted
