Turrent keyboard and mouse no longer recognized after 12/16 update

I've long had a turret keyboard and mouse connected via Bluetooth on a second desk. this morning, after a razer software update NEITHER function! I've deleted the software and reinstalled and neither unit are recognized by the software and neither work. Please offer some guidance here

noting that when directly plugged via usb cable the devices are recognized but nothing wirelessly which defeats the purpose of having a wireless keyboard and mouse :(
