Unable to Link Games to Profile - Game List Empty

Using Synapse 3 and a Naga Left-Handed I am unable to link games to profiles because the Select a Game window is empty. I have tried:

• uninstalling all Razer software
• deleting:
  • C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer
  • C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer Chroma SDK
  • C:\\ProgramData\\Razer
  • C:\\Users\\Me\\AppData\\Local\\Razer
• Cleaning Registry
• Reinstalling Synapse 3

Nothing I try seems to work. I have had this issue for a while now - since I have been using Synapse 3, really. I used to be able to sort of jump-start it into working by disabling all non-Razer and non-Microsoft startup items, services and scheduled tasks, but that is not working. I have gone months without it working only to suddenly start working again. Yesterday it stopped working again and nothing I try seems to help. Please help! Without this essential feature using the mouse is a chore! I am disabled and use all the buttons and have many profiles I would like to set up and have auto-switch like I did with my old Naga Left and Synapse 2. I absolutely need this feature to work.
