I am unable to submit a support case.

  • I am logged in.
  • I enter all the fields
  • perform the captcha
  • hit the submit button.
  • The submit button remains highlighted but does not submit the case.
     

I tried to user Razer Assist to work around this but when I click ‘Submit support case’ it responded saying there was an issue processing my information.

Any help would be great as I have a Razer Blade 15 that currently will not power up

I have the same issue claiming a warranty for my viper ultimate as well, any help would be appreciated.

 


Same issue, trying to get support for my iskur.


Same issue, can not get support for xbox controller quick charging station.
