Unable to update Razer Synapse to 20231109

My Kaspersky Total Security detects the installer as “PDM: Trojan.Win32.Generic and terminates the install as potential malware. I currently have version 20231010. Can anyone else help me with this?

    Same here. This also happened with 20231107 a few days ago. Kaspersky is blocking the update as a trojan.

    I dont use antivirus just windows defender but same issue failed to update error 20231109

    ive seen a readdit post which was made 9 years ago about the same thing with razer synapse 2. someone replied that you need to disable an antivirus. but i dont really mind doing that, so ill just wait for the official fix
