I bought my headset 1y ago or maybe less, and I just noticed recently that I had a code for a better sound. I tried the code X times but still doesnt work what should I do?

Please send PM me with your device serial number, and include a screenshot of the error you're encountering when trying to activate the 7.1 Surround sound so I can check what’s causing the issue.
