Upgrade for Basilisk v2

I’ve used my basilisk v2 for a couple years now and love it but my “previous page” button I changed to a macro for Ctrl-C and “next page” for Ctrl-V is now becoming less sensitive. I tried using contact cleaner but the issue comes back after awhile so I figured I’d get a better one. The basilisk v2 sort of fits my hand https://9apps.ooo/, I mean it forces me to do this claw shape that gets tiring but it’s fine for short use. I prefer wired because I heard wireless has this noticeable delay for people who switched from wireless, not sure if it’s still true. Which mouse would you recommend me to get?
