USB Device Unrecognized

I recently purchased a Razer Seiren Elite USB Microphone. Whenever I plug the microphone into my PC, I get an error message: USB Device Unrecognized. If I restart my PC, the microphone is recognized and functions properly (and I love it). I am running Windows 10. Why is this happening? Is there an updated driver I can install or is there another problem?

    You can try this tool to remove Razer drivers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj then restart PC. Before you'll run it - unplug the microphone, then after restart connect it again and check.
