Yeah but I can't use my microphone through that because my pc has two entries. I have that problem of every sound I play my headset disconnects, any Idea on how to help me?

Then buy audio combo mini-jack to 2x mini-jack (microphone / headphone) splitter.

As told earlier - if it happens also on other PC (without synapse installed) - then your wireless dongle might be damaged. The "disconnect" - you mean disconnect sound in Windows? Or beep in headphones? When headset got disconnected it's still turned on?

The disconnect I mean is the beep on the heapdhones. I've tested it on other computer aswell without synapse and the issue is the same. I think it has something to do with how the dongle works, it first emits a signal catched by the headset, then for any sound played, it sends other signals directly through that connection made between the headset and the dongle. And when that happens, it disconnects. In any computer I try to plug them in, that happens. They function well and I can use my mic but as soon as I play any sound, the headset beeps and I dont even get close to listening to whatever I played. But yeah, it's still on, it just disconnects from the dongle.



Edit: Oh yeah, and I think the mic with the jack cable is kinda bad, so I prefer not to use it that way.. I only bought these headphones bc they were wireless, no purpose on using them with a wire. Plus, when I plugged them in and opened the repair software of the dongle, it kept saying that they needed to be repaired. I clicked, it said repaired, I plugged them again and it kept saying that. Don't know what else to do, really.
