I am using a Mac and I am unable to find a link to download the software needed to pair my new USB dongle with my existing Blackshark V2 pro.

Thanks for your interest in our product. However, the device is only compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0 and works with Windows 7 or 10 64-bit Operating Systems, including its drivers/firmware. We’ll consider your post as a feature request. Hopefully, our software’s OS compatibility expand in its future version.
