Used my 7.1 surround sound activation code and after resetting windows it’s making me enter the activation code when i should already have it on my account

I recently bought the blackshark x v2 and used the activation code for the 7.1 surround and after i factory reset my windows i just can’t access spatial audio without having to enter the activation code which i already used back then

You need to download 7.1 Surround app: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/614 not THX Spatial (this is a different surround app pp)..
