Can anyone help me?

I have an odd problem with my Razer Cynosa v2 in that a vertical line of keys 6,Y,H & N do not work when pressed.

All the similar problems i can see on here seem to refer to a horizontal line not working.

All others keys works fine, & RGB works fine, even on these keys.

I have tried:

= Connecting keyboard directly to the PC and not via a USB hub

= Getting the latest Windows update.

= Updating the firmware of my keyboard if there is some (there isnt)

- Removing Synapse
- Reinstalling Synapse & drivers
- Testing on a different computer
- Using different USB ports
- Cleaning the keyboard
- Reset with Ctrl, Alt + Space

 
Is there anything else I can do?
