UPS just dropped off my Goliathus Extended mat... havent had it 10 min.
The mat has a defect. One of the LEDs was not seated correctly. You can actually SEE the LED up against the tube. Physically it’s not right.
When you put light through it is HELLA bright compared to the rest of the tube.
Support wants to TS the software. I turned off the software. Same issue. Has nothing to do with it....you can SEE what is wrong.

Unless RAZER comes in here and offers a solution, this will be returned as defective to Amazon for my $50 back. For a large $50 mouse pad with lights; the lights all need to work correctly. The lights are WHY i bought it in the first place.

The light tube is bent/broken - you won't repair it without installing it new tube.
RMA it, get a replacement.
