viper dongle died

I have a razer viper v2 pro and it was working just fine up until last night. I was playing CS and it just disconnected randomly. I thought the battery was dead so I plugged it in and didn’t think much of it. Now I wake up this morning and it doesn’t connect at all. I’ve tried all of the usb ports in my pc and it won’t work in any of them.
