Hello All,
I have a Viper Mini I got at dec 2021
Turned everything on this morning, and now I have no laser or cursor movement.
The system still recognizes the existence of the mouse in Device Manager, and the buttons function, but no pointing function.
I've update firmware to the last one (march 2023), tried unplugging and re-plugging the USB, tried a different computer, same result, no laser.
What to try next?

Does the issue happen after plugging the mouse directly into your PC’s USB port, not a USB hub? It seems like a hardware issue to me. Should the behavior persists, please utilize its warranty by contacting the place where you bought the Razer Viper Mini.
