Viper Mini not working anymore

Today i plugged my Viper Mini and it doesn't worked, lights doesn't turn on, when i move it. It doesn't work but the sensor is ON. I tried reinstalling synapse many times, also i updated the firmware to the newest but nothing works. In my device manager it shows up like "HID compatible mouse". I don't find no solution... I hope someone can help me. In the image the sensor looks violet but its due to camara.
