So I have owned the RVU for a few months now and it didn't had any issue of showing up on Synapse, however today when I turned on my laptop it was gone and I had tried unplugging in and reinstalling both the Synapse and the drivers but it's still not working. Anything else I can try?

With the dock - check if your cable fully connected - it goes really deep inside the dock.

- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
