viper ultimate side button unresponsive
i bought my viper ultimate on amazon and it arrived just yesterday. the right front side button was working just fine yesterday but stopped working today. i didn't drop it or anything. i tried restarting my MacBook (yeah I'm using MacBook), unplugging the mouse, and ways I could on google/reddit, but nothing worked. could anyone please help me fix the button? thanks.
