Viper Ultimate wakes up but click is segregative

Hi!

I have a really strange problem with my Viper Ultimate.

After some time of wireless inactivity, it goes to sleep mode.
When I move it, it wakes up and the cursor moves.

I can left/right click inside the latest focused app (tested with Firefox, Steam), but not on the Windows 11 taskbar, nor the desktop nor any other app.

Workarounds I found:

  • Reboot, of course
  • Restart explorer.exe process from Windows Task Manager
  • Unplug/plug back in the charging dock micro USB cable

I can easily reproduce the situation by just turning the mouse switch off then on.

Notes:

Any other mouse (wireless or not), that's connected when this bug happens, is impacted. But everything works fine with them once I switch the Viper off.

Keeping the micro USB cable permanently plugged in the Viper does not trigger the problem.

Firmware: 1.06.00

Synapse 3: 20230525

(new PC for 2 weeks, problem from the day I installed Synapse 3)
