two weeks ago my viper v2 pro dongle died for some reason been trying everything I could find on these forums and on the internet to no avail. Wondering if I’m eligible for a replacement. Had this mouse for almost a year and the dongle is already dead. Meanwhile, my glorious model O has been working flawlessly for 3 years.
