I have a razer V2 Pro and my dongle suddenly stopped getting detected by the PC. I,ve tried everything… From switching ports to cleaning the whole thing.

Check if you can see your mouse under “the device manager” and under “ keyboard” tab .
You can also try to update firmware . With connected razer cable . Or if it gets connected over dongle and update that way.

Have you tried to reinstall Razer synapse ? If you dont get this to work . Try that also.

It doesnt show up as a connected device if not plugged in via usb c
