Whenever I plug in with the wire, it says “USB not recognized” so im unable to use the mouse at all. When I first plugged it in it worked like normal but then I installed synapse and now it doesn’t recognize the usb. I can’t do anything. I even uninstalled synapse.

Hello Jiho.on_p,

I’m here to help. Please follow the steps in this article. Otherwise, please try the troubleshooting below:

1. Under the Windows Device Manager, go to mice and other pointing devices. You should see both the Razer mouse and the Razer HyperPolling Wireless dongle.
2. Right-click on them and click Uninstall Device. Please select ‘delete the driver software for this device’.
3. Restart your computer to uninstall the drivers.
4. The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart.
5. Perform a clean reinstallation of Synapse following the steps here. Locate and remove all remnants of Razer Synapse from the PC. Restart your computer and install all available Synapse 3 updates.

If you need further assistance, PM me your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds. All the best!
