I have a razer keyboard that has started playing up recently the keys have lag and constantly get stuck on screen I've updated my drivers and tried everything would I be able to get a replacement keyboard as I still have a warranty

What’s the model of your keyboard? Is it Razer Synapse 3.0-supported? If yes, please go to the Synapse settings (gear icon) located at the top-right corner of the application, then reset the device. Let me know how it went. Also, check if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled.

Also you can do Synapse clean reinstall, if you haven’t done it yet:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
