Warranty for a Razer Blade bought in a different country

I’m considering a new Blade 16, but I will be moving to Germany soon. Could I purchase the machine in the US (I want the QWERTY keyboard, not the QWERTZ keyboard) before I move and add RazerCare in Germany?

Also, is the charger dual voltage 120/220?
